ECM Registration for the 2018-2019 School Year

Do you need full-day care for a child who is 2 or older? Are you looking for safe after school care for your elementary student? At our ECM, we offer quality care in a Christian environment for children ages 2-6th grade. If you have any questions about our ECM or would like to visit our facility, please call 910-738-6608 or 910-739-4336.

Note: We have a waiting list for some age groups, and our afterschool program is currently full. Please contact us for waitlist status.

Registration for the 2018-2019 Year will begin:

  • February 13, 2018 for currently enrolled families,
  • February 26, 2018 for FBC families not currently enrolled,
  • And February 27, 2018 to the public until spaces are filled.

In order to register:

1.) Fill out our registration form (also available in the ECM or Church Office):

2.) Pay the registration fee ($60 for each preschool child, $50 for each after school child, $20 summer care only) to the ECM office at First Baptist. Applications are not accepted without a registration fee.

3.) Complete an Emergency Card and Transportation Emergency Card and attach them to your application. These are not available online, and will need to be completed on-site.

4.) Submit a Medical Report and Immunization Record. Other information needed to process your application will be requested as necessary.

Note: As we do have limited enrollment, filling out the paperwork does not guarantee a spot for your child. We will inform you if we have space for your child or if we need to place him/her on our waiting list. We encourage you to register early!

Looking to register for NCPreK?

We currently have one NCPreK classroom at our ECM. All registrations for the NCPreK program are handled through the Robeson County Partnership for Children; please contact their office for more information. Wraparound (afterschool care) is available for our NCPreK class.
